Welcome to EasySalary (the “Service” or the “App”). EasySalary is developed and operated by Shenyang Bulu Technology Co., Ltd. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

EasySalary is a time-tracking and salary calculation tool designed to help you record work hours, manage shift schedules, and estimate wages and overtime pay. The App is provided for personal and informational purposes.

Important: EasySalary is a calculation tool. It does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or labor-law counseling. Results are for reference only. Actual wages, overtime pay, and working conditions are determined by applicable law, your employment contract, and your employer’s policies.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate wage and time information so that calculations can be reasonably estimated
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Managing your own backups when necessary
• Ensuring your own compliance with applicable labor and tax laws
• Using the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms

3. Accuracy of calculations

EasySalary aims to provide accurate results, but wage, overtime, and related calculations are for reference only. We do not guarantee legal accuracy, payroll accuracy, tax accuracy, or employer compliance.

Actual pay may differ based on your employment contract, employer policies, the version of applicable law, and individual circumstances. You should verify results yourself and consult a professional when needed.

We are not responsible for any financial loss or labor dispute arising from use of calculation results.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Cloud synchronization

If cloud sync is enabled, your data may be stored using Firebase Firestore. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, third-party service outages, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

6. Advertisements

EasySalary may display advertisements through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party advertising content.

7. In-app purchases

Certain features may require optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform providers.

8. Prohibited activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the App
• Interfere with, disrupt, abuse, or exploit the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the Service’s content without our express written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Intellectual property

The EasySalary app and this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, and code, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shenyang Bulu Technology Co., Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on calculation results
• Financial losses or payroll disputes
• Lost data
• Loss caused by service interruption or technical failure
• Loss caused by third-party acts
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of EasySalary

11. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. We may also update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
