Delete Account

EasySalary lets you delete your account and the cloud data linked to it. You can do this in the app, or request deletion from this page if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open EasySalary and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This is the safest path: you must sign in, so only the account owner can delete it. It permanently deletes your account and cloud backup data. Local records that were never synced remain only on your device until you uninstall or clear app data.
Option 2: Request from this page
Fill in the form below, then submit. Your email app will open with the request ready to send to admin@easysalary.app. We process verified requests within 14 days.
How we prevent fake requests
- Filling this form alone does not delete anyone’s account.
- You must send the email from the same email address registered to the account (or the Google/Apple account email used to sign in).
- We verify ownership before deleting. If the sender does not match the account, or we cannot confirm ownership, we will not delete the account.
- Prefer Option 1 when possible: deleting while signed in is the strongest proof you own the account.
What we delete
- Your EasySalary account (Firebase Authentication)
- Cloud-synced work records, settings, and related backup data stored for your account
We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
