EasySalary (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”) is developed and operated by Shenyang Bulu Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the EasySalary app and our official website (https://easysalary.app).

1. Information we collect

EasySalary is primarily a work-hours and salary calculator. Time records, wage settings, and similar data you enter in the app are stored mainly on your device.

Account information

If you sign in with Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email login, we may collect your email address, user ID, and authentication information provided by Firebase Authentication.

Work and salary data

You may record work hours, shift schedules, salary information, overtime records, notes, and other custom entries. This data is stored primarily on your device and, if you enable cloud sync, may also be stored in Firebase Firestore.

Location information

When you use clock-in or clock-out, EasySalary may collect your approximate or precise location (for example GPS coordinates and a reverse-geocoded place name or address) to record where you started or ended work. Location data is stored primarily on your device as part of your attendance records. If you enable cloud sync, this location information may also be uploaded with those records to Firebase Firestore. We do not use your location for advertising, and we do not track your location in the background when you are not clocking in or out.

Device and usage information

We may collect limited technical information, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash logs
• Analytics information used to improve stability and performance

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain EasySalary features
• Record clock-in and clock-out location when you use attendance features
• Synchronize your data when you enable cloud sync
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Provide technical support
• Maintain account security
• Send important service-related notices

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Advertising

EasySalary may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and usage information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Please review Google’s privacy policy for details.

4. In-app purchases

EasySalary may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase. Payments are processed by Google or Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

5. Data storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Wage and time records you enter in the app are stored mainly on your device. If cloud synchronization is enabled, your data may also be stored using Firebase services.

Please note that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Third-party services

EasySalary may use third-party services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Apple Sign-In, and Google Sign-In. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
